‘Save IDBI Bank’ Officers Raise Voice for Public & Depositors

The 3rd national conference of All India IDBI Bank Officers’ Association united against privatisation, stressing how public sector banks serve not just employees but the entire nation, especially rural, poor, and marginalised communities. They highlighted how PSBs ensure financial inclusion, support welfare schemes, and protect depositors’ trust. Officers also raised concerns about the impact on differently-abled staff and SC/ST/OBC employees. The officers say that the fight is on to keep banking in public hands.
