Saloni Garg, a 26-year-old Probationary Officer at Federal Bank, tragically passed away on April 27, 2025, at her residence in Noida. Her recent transfer and emotional LinkedIn posts have sparked conversations around workplace expectations, employee well-being, and mental health in India's banking sector.

Saloni Garg joined Federal Bank as a Probationary Officer (PO) in March 2024 and was recently transferred to the Hauz Khas branch in New Delhi. The Federal Bank Officers’ Association (FBOA) later issued an official obituary acknowledging her passing.
