Concerns Over Delay in FIR and Administrative Inaction
According to the federation, nearly 15 days had passed without an FIR filed or substantial action taken against the accused. This delay, as stated, has fostered insecurity, distress, and fear among bank employees across Pilibhit district.

Federation Emphasizes Duty to Protect Banking Workforce
AIRRBOF reaffirmed its role as the largest representation of Regional Rural Bank (RRB) officers in India. The organisation highlighted its statutory responsibility to ensure the dignity, security, and welfare of employees, who are instrumental in implementing essential government schemes and financial inclusion initiatives.

Request for Meeting and Possible Future Actions
The federation urged the police administration to grant an appointment at the earliest to discuss the issue further. It also mentioned that if immediate and effective intervention is not made, they may proceed with lawful organizational measures under the Trade Union Act, placing responsibility for any escalation on the district administration.
