HR is literally dead in banking sector, only chamchas & incompetent chaploos are getting timely promotion & wishful posting. Day by day pathetic work culture is expanding its roots in PSBs.

Brainless top executives and their Chemchas are creating unrest in organisations. If their attitude is in line with fair procedures, there Will be motivation to respect the targets and orders. Bank management must identify this brainless candidates for compulsory retirement.
