‘Agriculture Officers Deserve Respect’
While speaking to Kanal a representative of WeBankers said, “Agriculture Field Officers should not be subjected to a Toxic Work Culture. Even if appreciation is not given, there is no justification for demotivation or humiliation. These officers work tirelessly at the grassroots, handling multiple rural branches with limited resources, often in remote areas, and traveling long distances every day. Their role remains vital in driving Agricultural Priority Sector Lending.”
