Punjab & Sind Bank has rolled out a nationwide Mega Monsoon campaign, running from 15th July to 16th August 2025, with issuance considered up to 31st August 2025. The campaign aims to improve rated premium collection through strategic targets for branches and zonal offices. By introducing performance-linked incentives, the initiative seeks to mobilise the entire workforce towards a ₹14 crore all-India target across 1,598 branches.
Defined Criteria for Leadership and Branch Performance
The campaign sets clear benchmarks for the leadership team. A Managing Director achieving 100% of the allotted target will receive a certificate of appreciation. An Executive Director must achieve 90%, while a General Manager must achieve 80% to receive similar recognition.
For branch performance, zonal managers whose top 3 branches achieve a minimum of 80% will be acknowledged. PAN India top branches meeting 100% and 110% of targets will be recognised by General Managers and Executive Directors respectively.
