The letter, dated November 6, 2025, highlights multiple incidents impacting staff morale and operational efficiency.

The association outlined several reported cases where the concerned official allegedly used objectionable language, including phrases such as “You don’t deserve to be in this post” and “You will be transferred soon.” These incidents reportedly occurred during meetings and branch inspections, creating distress among officers.
