In a concerning revelation, employees of UCO Bank find themselves subjected to extended working hours, sparking debates about the bank's work culture.
A social media post on platform X shed light on the issue that said, “This is a situation in @UCOBankOfficial where day end is not allowed till 9:30. What type of work culture is this? Employees are also humans; they are not slaves. Employees also have families.”
