The message referred to repeated delays in recovery and stated that pending commitments must be completed. It also mentioned that if the issue continues, the officer may be shifted to the Ratanpur branch.

The RM noted that continuous failure in NPA recovery was making the region “vulnerable” and urged immediate corrective action.
